Job Description

Job Summary:


We are seeking a Plant Head to lead our manufacturing plant for doors and windows. The Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations, including production planning, quality control, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and operations management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to maximize plant efficiency and productivity while maintaining quality standards.
Oversee production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of products.
Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure that products meet customer specifications.
Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of raw materials and components.
Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of raw materials and finished products.
Lead and develop a team of production supervisors and operators to ensure a high level of employee engagement and performance.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and requirements.
Monitor plant performance and develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and manage the plant budget and report regularly to senior management on plant performance.
Apply latest method of improvemnet like Kaizen, Lean Management, 5S , Poke yoke, 6 Sigma etc


Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing operations management, preferably in the doors and windows industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with quality control procedures and processes.
Understanding of financial and budgeting principles.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
