Responsibilities \xef\x82\xb7 Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers\xe2\x80\x99 expectations \xef\x82\xb7 Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards \xef\x82\xb7 Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping \xef\x82\xb7 Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results \xef\x82\xb7 Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus \xef\x82\xb7 Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions \xef\x82\xb7 Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff \xef\x82\xb7 Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime \xef\x82\xb7 Commit to plant safety procedures \xef\x82\xb7 Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets \xef\x82\xb7 Address employees\xe2\x80\x99 issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements \xef\x82\xb7 Influence and learn from below \xef\x82\xb7 Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts. Requirements and skills \xef\x82\xb7 Proven work experience as a Plant Manager \xef\x82\xb7 Proven managerial experience \xef\x82\xb7 Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources) \xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise \xef\x82\xb7 Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes \xef\x82\xb7 Computer literacy \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to create accountability and to lead by example \xef\x82\xb7 Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills \xef\x82\xb7 BS degree in Business Management or related field Job Type: Full-time Salary: 960,000.89 - 9120,000.65 per month Benefits:
