COMPETENCE LEVEL:

Diploma mechanical engineer

10-12 yrs experience in administration in a sheet metal / process industry preferably 7-8 yrs in automotive industry

5-11 yrs experience as production manager in process industry

Ability to read drawings, interpret them and make quotation of the same

Knowledge of presses, press tools / dies, excise, PF & other statutory requirements

Knowledge of quality management systems

Capability of handling varied types of workforce

Knowledge of computers

Should have problem solving and analytical skills

Dynamic, bold, proactive, calculative risk taker, progressive, can do attitude, firm along with stable, calm, sensible & eloquent with listening skills

Head operations, Production, I/C Dispatch, Purchase/VD, Customer Contact, QMS, QA, HR, Design, Tool room


RESPONSIBILITIES:

\xc3\x98 Development and monitoring of implementation of efficient

Material handling systems.


\xc3\x98 Monitoring production plan & timely dispatch.


\xc3\x98 Liaison with the existing customers for his / her plant to ensure

& Monitor customer satisfaction.


\xc3\x98 Ensuring prompt handling of customer complaint and follow

through.


\xc3\x98 Ensuring implementation and sustenance of the quality

Management systems and 5S across the company.


\xc3\x98 Monitoring implementation of corrective & preventive actions

Across the company.

\xc3\x98 Ensuring implementation of kaizen and quality circle activities

across the organization; monitoring its progress.
