Title: Head of Manufacturing Plant \xe2\x80\x93 Oral Liquids & Powders Summary: The Head of Manufacturing Plant will be responsible for leading all aspects of operations at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility specializing in oral liquids and powders. This role requires a combination of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards. Qualifications:

• Post-Graduation in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) in a relevant field.
• An MBA in Operations or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a Plant Head capacity.
• Proven experience with regulatory compliance for major health authorities (e.g., US-FDA, MHRA, Anvisa, PICs).
• Strong knowledge of business and management principles, including budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources.
• Familiarity with safety, quality, productivity, demand management, inventory, and stewardship processes.

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations to meet or exceed production targets and customer expectations.
• Maintain adherence to GMP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements, ensuring products are of high quality and free from defects.
• Lead a diverse workforce, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement, including hiring, training, and personnel management.
• Implement and monitor health and safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage the plant\xe2\x80\x99s budget and resources, including operational needs and cost control.
• Coordinate the supply chain for raw material procurement and manage inventory.
• Participate in capital investment planning and strategic growth of the plant.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 1,000,000.00 - 1,500,000.00 per year Benefits:
