- Lead and manage the formulation department for agrochemical products
- Oversee the production process to ensure quality and efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production and achieve targets
- Collaborate with other departments to meet overall company goals
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Bachelor\'s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in formulation and production of agrochemicals
