Plant Head - EMS Business Location - Surat Experience - 10-15 years Salary - Up To -80 LPA Must Have - Electronic Manufacturing services Plant Head End to end plant operations Quality Management System Regulatory Compliance Job Summary: Oversee end-to-end plant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve production targets, drive process improvements, and align plant operations with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee plant operations, production, quality, maintenance, and safety. 2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve productivity. 3. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, certifications, and quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949). 4. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including production, quality, maintenance, and logistics. 5. Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and business teams to align plant operations with business objectives. 6. Drive automation, lean manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency. 7. Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and implement corrective actions as needed. 8. Manage budgets, forecast operational costs, and ensure financial efficiency. Key Requirements: 1. Proven experience (8+ years) in EMS or electronics manufacturing, preferably at a leadership level. 2. Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, and quality management systems. 3. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 4. Familiarity with regulatory compliance, EHS standards, and operational excellence practices. 5. Ability to drive change and implement process improvements effectively. 6. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Qualification: Any Graduate
