Job Location: ThaneJob Brief:Our client is seeking an experienced and skilled C&D Waste Management Plant Head to lead our construction and demolition waste management plant operations. Prior 14+ years of experience in construction execution and concrete, with a strong background in waste management and sustainability. You as a Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the C&D waste management plant, ensuring efficient processing, recycling, and disposal of waste materials.Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise plant operations, including waste receipt, sorting, processing, and disposal
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, company policies, and safety standards
• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of plant equipment and machinery
• Monitor and optimize waste processing and recycling rates
• Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality recycled products
• Lead and train plant staff to achieve operational excellence
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of plant operations and performance metrics

Key Skills: Skills Set:

• 14+ years of experience in construction execution and concrete
• Proven experience in C&D waste management and sustainability
• Strong leadership and operations management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
