They combine technical expertise & a team of Highly skilled workforce to provide life cycle power solutions, optimizing plant performance and their customer\'s progress.Role: Plant Head AFBCIndustry: Power PlantYears of experience: 10-12 yearsTimings: 8 AM 5 PM / 9 AM 6 PM (depending on the plant location)Plant Location: AnkleshwarEducation: B.E./Diploma with BOEMonthly Salary: INR 65,000 to 80,000Primary Responsibilities:1) Performance Review with Plant Management and Internal team members for smooth functioning and achieving plant targets.2) Efficient operation and maintenance of all equipments and optimize the resources for smooth functioning of power plants.3) RCA and Providing solutions for any major critical technical problems.4) Shutdown plan and execution and ensure successful startup within agreed timelines.5) Overall Responsibility of Powerplant.Requirement for the role:
- Similar experience of working in Power Plant is required
- Bachelors accommodation
- Transportation
- Cooking equipments for bachlelors accommodation
- 18 leaves Yearly
- Paid holidays depending on the plant location
