We have recent job opening for the position of " Plant Executive "for AB Dinesh Concrete India Pvt. Ltd. and our product Readymix concrete.

:

Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.

Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.

Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.

Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.

Copying, scanning, and filing documents.

Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.

Coordinating the interview process with Recruitment Team.

Inventory Management

Assisting the HR team in Joining and exit formalities.

Good communication skill

Billing & Challan Entries

Expertise with GPS tracking technology & Fleet Management.

Inventory Management

Expert knowledge in MS Office

Job Position : Plant Executive

Working hours: 12 hours

Location: Hanspal, Bhubaneswar

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Annual Salary: 1,98,000/-
