Performs a variety of skilled repair and maintenance tasks on pumps, electrical and electronic controls, and heating equipment
Maintains the plant\xe2\x80\x99s preventive maintenance program
Ensures work is performed in accordance with sound safety practices and using appropriate safety devices and equipment
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems with electrical and electronic controls
Read and interpret results as reported on test meters
Performs work that involves the use of blueprints, electronic schematic drawings, and manufacturer\xe2\x80\x99s installation/repair instructions
Performs routine building maintenance
Performs other job related duties as required
