  • Manage and oversee all accounting, costing and FP&A operations related to the plant's financial functions.
  • Prepare and present accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Develop and monitor annual budgets, providing guidance and support to department heads.
  • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and optimize processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve financial performance.
  • Provide guidance and support during audits, managing audit processes efficiently.
  • Supervise and mentor finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Understanding of US GAAP Reporting
  • Experience in reconciling between US GAAP and statutory IGAAP accounts
  • Experience working with a large multi-national publicly registered company
Your Background:
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant
  • 5+ years post qualification experience, preferably in similar role.
  • Experience in a large setup team is added advantage.
  • Should possess good communication, analytical and presentation skills
  • The candidates having prior experience of working in ERP environment will be preferred.
