Planning & Ensuring further communication - Work with the planning team of Power Transformers, motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones. Provides regular updates and raises flags as needed from time to time. Responsible for end-to-end planning of winding & all projects and leading and guiding the team. Co-ordination with various functions - SCM / Procurement / Engineering / Production to ensure that projects move as per contractual commitments of customer. Prepares detailed production plans in coordination with Procurement and Production Teams meeting the contractual commitment and keeping the bottlenecks in mind, managing the constraints and utilizing the resources to the fullest extend. Works on LEAN principles to manage the planning function keeping inventory in check and optimizing production. Taking care of Production Order for Core, Active Part, Final Assembly, Dispatch Functions based on Assembly Shop Plan for PTL1 Factory. Ensure Material Posting done timely through Store Functions for PTL1 Factory Ensure compliance of SAP need for both PTL1 Factory. Ensure Fulfilment of Points observed during Manufacturing Audit by regular monitoring of SAP Functionality for PTL1 Factory Prepare and maintain the different Reports for further Reporting on monthly basis e.g. COPQ Data, Inventory, ECS Utilization, Material Shortages etc. Review & communicate the ROL Material Stock Level to avoid manufacturing delay Material Availability check on daily basis to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing flow in shop floor for PTL1 Factory Generate Cost Center requirement for Consumable Material required in Shop Floor Supporting Procurement Function especially for ROL/Consumable items as and when required. Supporting Production function in Material handling, ROL Level maintain, Consumable Material availability to perform their task. Ensure compliance of ECS requirement in Production Maintain ECS data for further review on regular basis. Take care of ECS related Query raised from Production by providing appropriate solution issued by ECS Supporting Team Taking care of Monthly Labor Hr booking done in ECS as well as in SAP. Maintaining Different Data Files to be used for Operation Reporting and Reviewing purpose as well for PTL1 Factory Making follow-up with cross-functions for different requirements e.g. BOM creation, Material Master Corrections, Project Creation in SAP etc Taking care of Budgeting Analysis for concern Project to avoid issues arise related to Material Ordering as well as Material Posting Maintain Visual Management in Shop Floor by timely updating of different Sign Boards kept in Shop Floor. Supporting Store Function in liquidation of Aged Inventory by providing proper solution of utilization. Inventory controls Manages MRP (Materials Resource Planning) exception messages on a daily basis. Supports cycle counting and/or year-end inventory counting. Conducts financial risk assessments decisions relating to inventory, conducts root case analysis when necessary. Monitor and perform the production scheduling of in-house manufacturing of various manufacturing stages in connection with the contractual milestone of the customer contract. Inventory performance Analyses excess and obsolete/aging inventory. Takes appropriate action for optimizing inventory performance, in collaboration with sales, manufacturing & project management.
