And if that\xe2\x80\x99s you we would love to have you join us!:Manage the demand planning /supply planning with a proper inventory level to provide the best customer serviceImportant Responsibilities:

• You will work with demand team and BU to manage customer forecast accuracy and balance the production workload
• Manage the capacity review and work with production team to set up the MPS and detail production schedule
• Daily production control and with multi-function team to achieve the OTD
• Assure the Supply of Raw Material with an optimum Inventory to meet the Production Needs
• Work with SSO Team to lead the Vendor performance.
• Have a proficient SAP Knowledge for the MM Model and work with team to improve the setup
• Promote the project TOCT and cost reduction.
• Support the desired future state for employees and partners, inspiring all involved\xe2\x80\x94even those not under direct control\xe2\x80\x94to stretch and deliver the necessary results.
• Translate plant vision into prioritised and practical plans that are short/long term-focused, another task from manager

Main Competency Requirements:Functional:

• At least 5 Years working experience in material and production planning area
• 2 years people manager experience
• Understand the Standard FG Forecast flow
• Familiar with and get good practice for lean and 6 sigma activity
• Hands-on experience in SAP
• Familiar with mechanical equipment assembly process
• Good skill for data analysis and presentation
• CPIM is good to have

Interpersonal:

• Multi-culture experience.
• Excellent English speaking, comprehension, and writing skills.
• Quick to learn and implement.
