This role belongs to our Commercial Interiors/ Livspace for Business org, which helps businessess to Livspace their Work Space, Retail Space, Hotel Space, Healthcare Space and what is expected out of this proposed role in this exciting team: Day-to-day responsibilities include drawing up work schedules and budgets, delegating tasks, analyzing project specifications and finding cost-effective ways to meet them, liaising with contractors and suppliers, managing resources, and communicating with surveyors, managers, and other engineers. Responsible for implementing an appropriate and effective project or programme management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects. Trades project schedulling, tracking, MIS Management of Project Documents Demonstrate a sound knowledge of the relevant Engineering discipline and be able to anticipate problems. Outstanding planning engineers should have great attention to detail and be able to handle stress well. Knowledge of sequence of activites, PERT / CPM understanding, Project Tracking, Eye for details. Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them. Negotiating with vendors and contractors to secure the best prices. Observing existing processes, analyzing staff performance, and addressing deficiencies accordingly. Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports. Attending and scheduling meetings as required. Delegating tasks and ensuring workers receive feedback. Understanding and meeting all contract requirements. Communicating with managers, supervisors, and the rest of the team. Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates. Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets. Job Requirement . Minimum 2- 4 Years of experience with Contracting companies and executing Corporate interior design projects. . Graduate in Civil or Mechanical or Architecture, NICMAR Course in management construction. . Strong verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently . Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of basic project management principles. . Extreme attention to detail and no-compromise attitude towards quality. . Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel . Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills. . Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines. . Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with client, vendors and internal teams.
