Job Description

- Establish, update and manage various project schedules
- Prepare, maintain and update detailed works planning and program
- Produce detailed planning for client submission during tendering process
- Coordinate and liaise with section managers for work program updates
- Coordinate with subcontractors and authorities on planning and programming matters
- Liaise with Construction Managers and site team to address interface issues
- Maintain drawing progress with Document Controller
- Monitor and report client\'s design review progress
- Assist in production of monthly progress reports for internal and client use
- Develop project program after project award and support project engineer and manager in program updates
- Prepare program and other detailed information for substantiating claims for the commercial department
- Produce accurate as-built plans and relevant analysis for extension of time claims
- Ensure updated documented procedures are in place for all processes
