Your team will need to monitor day to day metrics against to the target inside factory by physically participating site daily operation meetings as well physical conduct line output progress validation and you will be expected to timely flag execution issue and work with other cross function team to overcome the delinquency if there is any. Your team is required to communicate in a structured crispy and timely fashion with internal factory or external planning team and drive accountability into the right owner via attention to daily key metrics.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Managing Component Planning Team focused on site weekly and daily execution health and on time delivery to both line item and volume.
• Identifying real time & quantified execution gaps and risks by product line items and understand the appropriate containment, recovery actions are generated, analyzed, and accountability into right owner for preventive action.
• Understand cross execution team\xe2\x80\x99s specific concerns, help needed and provide necessary support to help execution.
• Focusing on Customer Deliveries to drive us to meet customer original commit metrics as well as minimize factory MAD churns.
• Teaming with internal ops team and external supply chain and central planning team to ensure cohesive work partnership while drive execution to target.
• Utilizing exceptional analytical skills and tool experience (Excel, Pivot Tables, Access, etc.) in support of this role
