The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and
maintaining comprehensive project plans and schedules for our construction
projects. This role requires a deep understanding of construction processes,

\xef\x82\xb7 Develop detailed project plans outlining timelines, resources, and budget
allocations.
\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate with project managers & technical teams, to align project
objectives and strategies.
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop detailed project plans and schedules for contractor deployment.
\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate with project managers and contractors to align deployment
schedules with project timelines
\xef\x82\xb7 Identify and manage project risks and issues, proposing solutions when
necessary. and develop mitigation strategies.
\xef\x82\xb7 Track and analyze project progress, adjusting schedules as required.
\xef\x82\xb7 Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes and delays
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide regular updates on project progress and any issues that arise
\xef\x82\xb7 Allocate resources efficiently to meet project demands.
\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor resource usage and optimize allocation to avoid bottlenecks.
\xef\x82\xb7 Estimate costs and resources required for projects.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide technical support and advice to the project team.
\xef\x82\xb7 Generate project reports for senior management and stakeholders.
\xef\x82\xb7 Work closely with project team to understand requirements and objectives.
Material Planning
\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand for materials.
\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely
delivery of materials.
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet project schedules.
\xef\x82\xb7 Resolve supply chain-related issues in a timely manner.
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare and present detailed reports on material and inventory managementGOOD TO HAVE :Factory Planning
\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct regular reviews of material demand and supply patterns to
identify trends and make necessary adjustments.
\xef\x82\xb7 Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve
production planning
\xef\x82\xb7 Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement
changes to enhance efficiency.
\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate with factory production and Logistic team to verify delivery
and shipment details.
\xef\x82\xb7 Track and monitor shipment operations of factory production and
installation at project.
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop shipment schedules focusing on the optimization of project &
installation timeline
Must have / Key Notes:
Should possess Excellent Communication Skills
Should be well versed in preparing Master Schedules for Projects (Material
Planning, Project Planning etc ( Factory planning exp is an added advantage )
Should have served the designation of PLANNING from Junior level to
Manager level (i.e) from Planning Engineer to Planning Manager
Should have experience in projects like Residential, Commercial , Building
projects and not only from Infrastructure projects like metro, bridge, roads,
powerplants, hydropower plants, hydroelectric projects etc show more
