Job Description
Project Planning and budgeting, Project cost estimation, Contracts, Project Progress review as per original plan, Client Billing, Contractor billing, Project Cost review as per original Estimate and balance cost to completion, Managing documentation, MIS formats and regular updates.
Required Candidate profile
BE Civil with 5-8 yrs exp. in Planning for Residential projects, budgeting /cost for all Projects while meeting the defined parameters of cost, quality /time. Good knowledge of MS Project .Preimavera & Ms Office
