We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Planning Engineer to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management. Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project.
• Coordinate and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Allocate manpower and materials to meet project timelines and milestones.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align on project goals.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree (BE) or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in MS Project is essential.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
