Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Planning Engineer to join our team. As a Planning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating project planning activities. You will be responsible for developing project schedules, identifying resources needed, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. This position requires a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones using project management tools and software.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential project constraints and challenges.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and performance against established schedules and budgets.
• Identify and resolve issues or deviations that may impact project timelines or budget.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and updates on project status, progress, and key metrics.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of resources and materials needed for project execution.
• Implement best practices in project planning and management to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Solid understanding of engineering principles, construction processes, and project management methodologies.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
