:To deliver & integrate all Project planning activities/deliverables for a portfolio of oil and gas projects being executed / under proposal in LTEH. Responsible for delivery of standard, consistent and realistic project plans reflecting the assessed risk parameters for each project * Planning and project management skills

• Strong Communication, planning, analytical and logical skills
• Understanding of project deliverables
• Reporting to the Planning Manager/ Project Control Manager, prepare a resource loaded programme and other micro programmes for execution of T&I work.
• Preparation of schedule with inputs from Scope of work, discipline engineers, etc.
• Preparation of daily progress report format for ongoing projects.
• Experience on project management schedule i.e., Primavera 6.0, MS Projects
• Experience on Enterprise Resource planning software SAP
• Knowledge in the use of computers and several basic software applications such as Excel, word, power point and Power BI for executing work processes.
• Knowledge of current industry (Oil and gas) and technical developments.
• Early flagging of potential risk, suggest a corrective action for slippage (if any).
• Prepare look ahead schedules and reporting early warnings to Project team.
• Participate in evaluating bid schedules and reviewing contractor plans to support contract award recommendations. Identification of Opportunities in the bid/ schedule.
• Worked independently on proposals for new projects. Capable of performing duties with no direct supervision and within agreed schedules and budgets.
• Preparation of WBS, Budget, PR, PO/ Services in SAP PS/ MM system.
• Attend internal meetings for the ongoing projects and upcoming projects
• Implement and comply with the planning and progress monitoring procedures.
• Conduct the schedule monthly progress update, forecast, critical path and trend analyses for assigned elements, including any impact from interface areas
• To develop project execution plan based on the Scope of work
• To identify the Risks associated with the project in the form of Risk register which may affect the project deliverables. Identify the preventive action/ alternate action needed for its mitigation.
• Coordination with contracts department for change orders under the project
• Supervise planning / scheduling activities of subcontractors.
• Identify schedule associated cost trends for management attention
• Demonstrates an intermediate level understanding of project controls general technical skills
• Standardize the project reports as per the requirements.
• Responsible for updating and maintaining the schedules, assessing the physical progress, analyzing data, performing trend analysis, compare progress with contractual schedule, suggesting corrective actions, when necessary and preparing report documents.
• Maintain effective interfaces and good working relationships with other project teams.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years industry experience in planning positions in the Oil & Gas industry.
