We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Planning Engineer with 1 to 2 years of experience in high-rise building construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

•Key Responsibilities:•

- Assist in the development of project schedules and timelines, considering factors such as manpower, materials, and equipment availability.

- Monitor project progress and performance to identify potential delays or issues and propose solutions to ensure adherence to timelines.

- Prepare progress reports and presentations for project stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended actions.

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to coordinate activities and resolve conflicts that may impact the schedule.

- Utilize project management software and tools to track project milestones, resources, and expenditures.

- Conduct regular site visits to assess work progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.

- Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to communicate project status updates and address concerns.

•Required Qualifications:•

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

- 1 to 2 years of experience in planning, scheduling, or project coordination within the construction industry, preferably with exposure to high-rise building projects.

- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
