Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Planning Engineer to join our team at PISL. As a Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of projects. This is a senior-level position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in planning and project management. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction industry Proficient in using project management software and tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Good communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards Roles And Responsibilities Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines are met Monitor and track project progress, identifying any issues or delays and implementing corrective actions Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders Analyze project requirements, constraints, and risks to develop effective scheduling solutions Conduct periodic site visits to assess project progress and identify any potential risks or bottlenecks Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize project plans and schedules Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations Provide guidance and assistance to junior planning engineers as needed Having Knowledge of MS Project and industrial Experience Like In Warehouse Location Bangalore, Surat, and Palwal Notice Period 15 Days
