Qualifications And Skills Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or a related field. 4 to 6 years of experience in planning and scheduling, preferably in the consultancy or construction industry. Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of industry best practices and standards in project planning and scheduling. Roles And Responsibilities Develop and maintain project schedules in accordance with project plans and objectives. Track project progress and ensure that all activities are on schedule. Identify potential risks and delays and create contingency plans to mitigate them. Collaborate with project managers and team members to identify dependencies and ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project costs and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency. Prepare progress reports and present them to the management and stakeholders.
