Job Title: Planning and Monitoring (P&M) Engineer/Manager
Reports to: Project Manager/Director
Location: Virar
Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Planning and Monitoring (P&M) professional to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and profitable project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, including Gantt charts, PERT charts, and CPM diagrams
- Create and manage project budgets, including resource allocation and cost estimation
- Identify and assess project risks, and develop mitigation strategies

2. Scheduling:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, including baseline schedules and updates
- Conduct schedule risk analysis and identify potential delays
- Develop and implement recovery plans to mitigate schedule delays

3. Budgeting and Cost Control:
- Develop and maintain project budgets, including cost estimation and resource allocation
- Conduct cost risk analysis and identify potential cost overruns
- Develop and implement cost control measures to mitigate cost overruns

4. Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor project progress, including schedule, budget, and quality
- Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- Identify and report project deviations, including schedule and budget variances

5. Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate project plans, schedules, and budgets to stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and contractors
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met
- Manage stakeholder expectations and concerns

Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in planning and monitoring in the construction industry
- Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
- Professional certification in planning and scheduling (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
- Proven experience in developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
