Job Description
Single point responsibility for P&M related activities to support construction work. Ensure timely allocation & mobilisation of requested P&M from P&M cell. Ensure 100% availability of allocated P&M to MPC. Ensure timely repair of P&M in case of any breakdown. Ensure mandatory HSEF compliance by P&M workmen. Optimize use of available P&M by co-ordinating with site construction engineers & other users. Advise construction manager for demobilization of unwanted P&M on regular basis. Prepare & publish daily MIS indicating P&M requirement, availability, breakdowns, etc. Daily certification of P&M use in log sheet/ e-log book. Skills Required Good communication & interpersonal skills. Able to effectively handle P&M crews for optimize use. Knowledge of HSEF requirement for P&M use & their on-site maintenance. Basic knowledge of various types of cranes, hydra, forklift, trailers, etc and their use.
