We achieve our biggest success when workingtogether, so clear communication is key, as is collaboration and team work. Youre also incharge of creating the organisational structure, project objectives and working proceduresfor the teams.Your project management skills will also be of great value, as you set up clear project costplans and allot sufficient budget to achieve optimal results and meet the companys targetprofits. A structured and organised approach with an eye for detail is crucial. Also part ofyour job is to attend project meetings as required, develop monthly reports and carry outcontract administration.
