Able to take decisions in alignment with Business and Function Head to enable Sales, rationing of stocks, ageing management•


Primary Responsibility
o
Service Level Availability
o
Order Fulfilment
o
Inventory management and control, IGST billing control, Norms setting
o
Ageing inventory control
o
Responsible for demand, supply, and inventory management by preparing, coordinating and driving Sales and Operations planning, supply risks analysis (SRA), Forecasting Accuracy analysis and improvement plan, New Product Introduction and Strategy Execution
o
Drive and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy, address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner, support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities•

Accountable for Service level delivery at Its Point of Sales, Cost control thru inventory and ageing management•


Secondary Responsibility
o
New ways of working to reduce nonvalue added work

New Product introduction thru cross function collaboration

Strong follow up on ageing management

Month end billing support
o
Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities

Impact analysis for exceptions (e.g. abnormal demand, supply issues), leading the discussion for gap analysis related to the actual's vs forecast in demand, understanding the implication on future demand and preparing exception report•

Ensure adequate level of inventory in the distribution channel (across main warehouse and all sub locations) and that exceptional low or high level of inventory in the channels are flagged for discussion and resolution, manage inventory obsolesce (nil to minimal)•

Participate in policy and procedure elaboration regarding S&OP, Demand Management, Master Planning Schedule, Safety Stock, Customer Service Goals, Delivery Time to Customers and Time Fence•
