• Create and post job advertisements on various platforms (job portals, company website, social media, etc.) based on the company's requirements and job descriptions.
• Ensure job postings are accurate, engaging, and compliant with company branding guidelines.
• Screen candidate resumes to ensure they meet the job criteria before forwarding them for further assessment.
• Act as a liaison between the company and placement agencies or institutions.
• Respond promptly to candidate inquiries regarding job postings and application status.
• Maintain an organized database of candidates, applications, and status updates.
• Track and update records for candidates shortlisted, interviewed, and hired.
• Work closely with the HR or recruitment team to understand job requirements and update them about posting progress and challenges.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates on behalf of the recruitment team.
• Stay updated on job market trends and suggest new platforms or methods for effective job postings.
• Monitor competitor job postings to understand market demands and enhance company strategies.
