1. Understand Client Requirements:
- Analyze and interpret the client's insurance needs and inquiries.
- Ensure a thorough understanding of the client's requirements to align with available products and
solutions.
2. Prepare Request for Quotation (RFQ):
- Develop and submit accurate RFQs to insurers based on the client's specifications.
3. In-depth Product Knowledge & Quote Preparation:
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of insurance products to prepare accurate and comprehensive quotes.
- Ensure quotes meet the client's specific needs and IRDA guidelines.
4. Obtain Competitive Quotes:
- Liaise with multiple insurers to secure the most competitive quotes in line with the client's needs.
5. Maintain Relations with Insurers:
- Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with insurers to ensure smooth placement and
prompt service.
6. Stay Updated on IRDA Guidelines & Market Developments:
- Keep abreast of any changes in IRDA regulations and new developments or product innovations in
the insurance market.
7. Prepare Quote Comparative Report (QCR):
- Prepare detailed and accurate Quote Comparative Reports (QCR) summarizing the key differences
and benefits of various insurer quotes.
8. Client Presentations:
- Present the QCR and key product features to clients, providing professional advice and clarity to aid
in their decision-making.
9. Maintain MIS and Records:
- Maintain an organized and updated MIS, tracking all placements, quotes, and related
correspondence efficiently.
