: Placement Officer (Both Male & Female Candidates)

Location : Srusti Academy of Management (Autonomous), Odisha

Compensation: Fixed Pay of ?25,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Position Overview:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Placement Officer to oversee the summer and final placement processes for our MBA, MCA and BBA students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Institutional Brand promotion in different Corporate Events / Institutions and conduct of Career Counselling sessions for attracting better students to join MBA / MCA / BBA.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, recruiters, and industry professionals.
• Provide guidance and support to students in preparing for placements, including resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling.

Educational Background: B. Tech / MBA / MCA

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in placement or career services, preferably in a reputed educational institution or corporate setting. Proven track record in achieving placement targets and managing placement processes.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using placement and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Performance-Based Incentives:

• In addition to the fixed monthly compensation, the Placement Officer will be eligible for performance-based incentives based on achieving placement targets and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
