Job Title: Placement Officer (Male Only)

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Placement Officer to join our team in Ernakulam North . The ideal candidate should have a strong background in placement coordination, be fluent in Malayalam , Hindi , and English , and possess excellent communication skills. The role requires the officer to assist students in finding employment opportunities and collaborate with employers to facilitate placements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage placement activities for students
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential employers and industry partners
• Organize job fairs, campus interviews, and other placement-related events
• Assist students with resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling
• Monitor placement progress and provide support to students throughout the placement process
• Maintain records of student placements and employer feedback
• Work closely with academic staff to align placement activities with the curriculum
• Keep updated with market trends, job opportunities, and industry requirements

Qualifications:

• Any degree
• Fluency in Malayalam, Hindi, and English
• Minimum 6 months of experience in placement or recruitment services
• Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office and other related tools

Salary:

• 12,000 to 17,000 INR per month
