oOrganize recruitment drives, interviews, and other placement-related activities.
• Guide and counsel students on career opportunities, interview preparation, resume building, and job applications.
• Maintain and update a database of student profiles, job openings, and placement statistics.
• Coordinate internship programs and assist students in securing internships.
• Ensure timely communication between recruiters and students during the placement process.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and guest lectures on career development, soft skills, and industry trends.
• Prepare placement reports and communicate achievements to the management.
