1. •Partnership Development:•
- Establish and maintain relationships with IT firms and potential employers.
- Negotiate partnerships and agreements to secure placement opportunities for students.
2. •Candidate Placement:•
- Understand the technical skills and career aspirations of our students.
- Match students with suitable job opportunities within partner firms.
- Provide career counseling and guidance to students to enhance their employability.
3. •Recruitment and Outreach:•
- Source potential employers and job openings through various channels.
- Conduct outreach to promote LevelX Academy's students to prospective employers.
4. •Interview and Selection:•
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between students and potential employers.
- Provide feedback and coaching to students throughout the interview process.
- Facilitate and mediate negotiations between students and employers as needed.
5. •Collaboration and Coordination:•
- Work closely with the academy's instructors and career services team to understand the curriculum and student progress.
- Assist in updating students' resumes and LinkedIn profiles.
- Organize and conduct job fairs, networking events, and workshops.
6. •Reporting and Data Management:•
- Maintain accurate records of student placements and employer interactions.
- Provide regular reports on placement metrics and progress to academy management.
- •Experience:•
- Proven experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar role, preferably with a focus on placement support.
- Strong network and relationships within the IT industry.
- Knowledge of Flutter, MERN, and MEAN stack technologies.
- •Skills:•
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical requirements and job descriptions.
