Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Placement Officer to lead and enhance our placement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of achieving placement targets, experience working with IT training institutes, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with recruiters and companies. This role is critical in connecting our students with job opportunities and ensuring their success in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Placement Strategy Development:
• Define and implement strategies to achieve placement targets for students across various IT programs.
• Organize and execute successful placement drives and recruitment events.
• Build and enhance the institute's reputation for placement excellence.
• Industry Engagement & Networking:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies and recruiters to ensure consistent placement opportunities.
• Approach new companies and establish campus placement partnerships, especially in emerging industries.
• Leverage a robust network of IT industry professionals to connect students with opportunities.
• Student Placement Support:
• Prepare students for interviews, including resume reviews, mock interviews, and soft skills training.
• Provide personalized guidance and support to students for securing job placements.
• Track and monitor student progress throughout the placement process.
• Data Management & Reporting:
• Use tools and platforms, including CRM systems, to manage placement data, student records, and recruiter engagements.
• Evaluate placement success using key metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Communicate challenges and opportunities to stakeholders effectively.
• Challenges & Continuous Improvement:
• Address challenges in achieving placement targets and implement effective solutions.
• Regularly analyze and refine placement processes to enhance success rates.
• Innovate approaches to expand placement opportunities and address industry trends.
• Placement Drive Management:
• Plan and execute placement initiatives that connect students with top IT companies.
• Collaborate with faculty and management to align placement activities with academic goals.
• Ensure a professional and seamless experience for recruiters during campus visits.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Placement Officer or in a similar role, preferably in IT training institutes.
• Demonstrated success in achieving placement targets and organizing recruitment events.
• Strong understanding of the IT industry and emerging employment trends.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, placement tracking tools, and reporting platforms.
• Ability to handle challenges in placement processes with strategic problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to student success and fostering their career growth.
Immediate Priorities (First Six Months):
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the institute's placement ecosystem.
• Build relationships with key industry recruiters and expand the existing network.
• Establish placement targets and create a roadmap to achieve them.
• Initiate training programs to prepare students for placements.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
