We are seeking a motivated Placement Officer Intern to join our team at TEKS ACADEMY. This internship is designed for individuals who have recently completed their degree and are looking to gain practical experience in student placement and career services. The position offers hands-on experience in facilitating job placements for graduates and supporting career development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and facilitating student placements with local and national employers.
• Support the development of partnerships with industry stakeholders to enhance placement opportunities for students.
• Help organize career fairs, workshops, and networking events to connect students with potential employers.
• Assist students in resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of student placements and outcomes.
• Provide guidance and support to students regarding career exploration and job readiness.
• Collaborate with academic departments to align placement opportunities with curriculum requirements.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of placement processes and strategies.

Requirements:

• Completed any degree
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Passion for supporting student success and career development.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
