Placement Officer
Job Description
• Total work experience should be minimum 4 years.
• Set goals and objectives for placement activities aligned with the organization's targets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and potential employers.
• Facilitate the placement process by matching qualified candidates with potential employers.
• Understand both employer and student needs to ensure successful placements.
• Arrange campus interviews, recruitment drives, and job fairs.
• Provide career guidance to students or candidates, helping them make informed career choices.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions on resume building, interview skills, and soft skills.
• Maintain records of placement activities, success rates, and feedback from employers and candidates.
• Prepare regular reports on placement performance for review and analysis.
• Great communication skills

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
