Position: Placement Officer
Location:Cherthala, Kerala
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective placement strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and recruiters.
- Organize campus recruitment drives and job fairs.
- Provide career counseling and guidance to students.
- Coordinate internships and training programs.
- Track and report placement statistics and outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline. MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in placement or related field.
- Strong networking and communication skills.
- Ability to work with students, faculty, and industry professionals.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
