• Stakeholders relationship
• Branding for Placements
• Strong follow-ups
• Coordination
Role & Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationship HR / Talent Acquisition Personnel of Civil / Construction / Engineering / Architecture / Design Industry Companies for placement of our candidates
• Maintain and update database of companies for placement purpose
• Handle Company Branding for promoting placements
• Taking initiatives for bringing placement opportunities from the industry
• Coordination and follow-up with Companies for opportunities
