Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Placement Executive whose sole responsibility will be to ensure successful placements for students completing our IT training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of industry contacts and expertise in matching student skills with job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% placement for students
• Identify and establish relationships with IT companies to secure placement for students
• Guide students in preparing resumes, attending interviews, and building their confidence.
• Identify potential job openings that align with our students' skills and aspirations
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-ups with companies and students.
• Maintain an updated database of student profiles and placement records.
• Collaborate with Trainers to improve student's Technical competencies
• Conduct mock interviews to help students improve their interview skills
• Organize and conduct placement drives and workshops
• Build a strong alumni network for long-term placement partnerships.

Skills Required

• Strong networking and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of the IT industry and job market trends
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet placement targets
• Proficiency in using job portals and recruitment tools
• Advanced LinkedIn usage proficiency

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus
