1) Looking for a candidate who is any graduate with 1 Year of experience in relevant field .

• Identify Employment Opportunities : Research and network with potential employers to secure job opportunities for trained candidates.
• Facilitate Job Placements : Match candidates with suitable job roles and coordinate interviews and job offers.
• Prepare Candidates : Provide guidance on resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling.
• Track Placement Progress : Maintain records and track candidate progress for 12 months post-placement using the MIS system.
• Achieve Placement Targets : Ensure that placement targets are met and support retention of placed candidates.
• Community Outreach : Conduct awareness programs and campaigns in rural areas to inform potential candidates about the DDU-GKY program and its benefits.
• Candidate Identification : Identify eligible youth based on the program's criteria, such as educational background, age, and socio-economic status.
• Enrollment & Counseling : Guide candidates through the enrollment process, offering counseling on the various skill training courses available.
• Building Trust : Establish relationships with community leaders, local government, and families to gain trust and encourage participation.
• Database Management : Maintain accurate records of mobilized candidates and track their progress throughout the training and placement phases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
