Job Summary:

The Placement cum Training Executive is responsible for coordinating and managing student

training programs and placement activities. This role involves liaising with companies,

organizing training sessions, guiding students through their career paths, and ensuring

successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

? Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners and potential employers.

? Bring in new clients and manage relationships with existing corporate clients.

? Generating potential leads for Placements by sourcing the job requirements from

different job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, reference, etc.

? Coordinate campus recruitment drives, and placement events.

? Develop and implement placement strategies to achieve high placement rates.

? Assist students in resume preparation, interview skills, and job search strategies.

? Track placement statistics and prepare reports for management.

? Identify training needs and design effective training programs for students.

? Organize workshops, seminars, and guest lectures on career-related topics.

? Collaborate with faculty and industry experts to deliver training sessions.

? Provide career counselling and guidance to students.

? Assist students in identifying career goals and developing career plans.

? Conduct mock interviews and group discussions to enhance student readiness.

? Address student queries and concerns related to placements and training.

Qualifications:

? Should have done BTech/ MBA.

? Proven experience in training and placement roles, preferably in an educational

institution.

? Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

? Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

? Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
