Placement Coordinator
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Finding out the placement requirements from the Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Diagnostic Centres, Clinics etc around Kolkata.
• Visiting companies and getting the placement requirements.
• Participating in Admission Selection interviews.
• Taking classes on Work Place Readiness modules.
• Taking Personal Counselling's to students.
• Documentation works.
• Accompanying students while participating in interviews.
• Maintaining Placements data/records (Employers and students).
Essential Skills:
1. Good Communication Skills (English, Hindi, and Bengali).
2. Strong knowledge/command over the placements industry.
3. Willing to spend time in the community at grass root level on a regular basis.
Education Qualification :
Graduate or Post Graduate
Preferred Experience :
2+ years of experience as a Placements officer into Healthcare Industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
