Key Responsibilities

• Arrange on and off-campus interviews for graduating students.
• Coordinate activities of job placement service for all students of Virohan.
• Exhibit empathy and passion to help students in the challenges they face while chasing their dreams.
• Capture and share success stories of Virohan's students & alumni regularly.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data for use in job placement activities.
• Interaction with the student during the training phase & placement phase to set the right industry expectations.
• Connect with employers and develop employment opportunities.
• Conduction of campus interviews at centers.
• Ensuring the overall center's internship & Placement process is smoother through the team.
• Work closely with the placement team to support the establishment and maintenance of partnerships with professional/industry organizations.
• Collection of employer feedback about the placed students.
• Start and maintain relationships with employers and companies to streamline employment opportunities.
• Enthusiastically handle the day-to-day operations and interact with relevant stakeholders in the organization
• Maintain an existing network of companies participating in campus recruitment and internship

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
