Job Summary:

Valuer Fabtax is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Placement Coordinator to join our team at our HP location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating placement activities, building relationships with potential employers, and supporting students in securing employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Placement Coordination:
• Develop and implement effective placement strategies.
• Coordinate with companies and industries for placement opportunities.
• Schedule and organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and other placement-related events.
• Employer Relations:
• Build and maintain relationships with potential employers.
• Identify and develop new employer partnerships.
• Ensure consistent communication with employers to understand their hiring needs and expectations.
• Student Support:
• Provide guidance and support to students in resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance students' employability skills.
• Assist students in understanding job market trends and aligning their skills accordingly.
• Data Management:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of placement activities and outcomes.
• Track and analyze placement statistics and trends to improve placement processes.
• Prepare regular reports on placement activities and outcomes for management review.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with academic departments to align placement activities with curriculum and industry requirements.
• Collaborate with alumni to leverage their networks for placement opportunities.
• Foster a collaborative environment among students, faculty, and employers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in placement coordination, career services, or a related role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and placement management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the education sector or recruitment industry.
• Knowledge of current job market trends and employer expectations.
• Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
