• Organize on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, HR representatives, and recruitment agencies.
• Research and identify new job opportunities for students and alumni.
• Act as the primary contact for recruiters, ensuring smooth communication and logistics for placement activities.
• Guide and mentor students on career options, resume writing, interview preparation, and professional behaviour.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance employability skills.
• Collaborate with faculty and external trainers to design and deliver soft skills and technical training programs.
• Maintain records of placement statistics and generate periodic reports for management.
• Track job market trends and provide insights to align training programs with industry requirements.
• Collect feedback from employers and students to improve the placement process.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, tests, and other recruitment activities.
• Manage logistical arrangements for placement activities, including venues, technology, and materials.
• Address concerns and resolve conflicts related to placements.
• Engage alumni to create mentorship and networking opportunities for students.
