Placement Coordinator
Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Placement Coordinator to connect students with job opportunities and manage end-to-end placement activities. The role involves preparing students for recruitment, building relationships with employers, organizing placement drives, and ensuring successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct pre-placement training (resume building, interview prep, etc.).
• Collaborate with employers to secure job opportunities.
• Organize and coordinate placement drives and job fairs.
• Maintain placement records and provide regular reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and hiring practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (relevant experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and market trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
