About Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Placement Coordinator to manage the placement process for students in our institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the placement of students in reputable IT companies, developing relationships with potential employers, and assisting students in preparing for job interviews. Previous experience in a recruitment firm or placement agency is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating all placement activities for Karnataka region , including student training and employer engagement.
• Liaising with companies to understand their recruitment needs and aligning student profiles accordingly.
• Organizing and scheduling interviews, campus recruitment drives, and job fairs.
• Providing guidance and counseling to students on interview preparation and career opportunities.
• Maintaining updated records of student placements and industry partnerships.
• Ensuring timely communication and feedback between employers, students, and the institution.
• Traveling to assigned branches as needed to support placement activities.
• Assisting in the development of placement materials, including resumes, cover letters, and student portfolios.
• Reporting directly to the Placement Manager.

Position Requirements:

• Qualification: Any degree.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Skills: Excellent presentation skills, confidence, and the ability to engage with both students and employers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
