We have an urgent requirement of Piping Stress Engineer at Vadodara location (Aarti Industries)Job Type : 1 Year TPC (Extantable)Experience: 7-10 YearsQualification: B. E. MechanicalJob Profile:1. Preparation of Stress Design Basis, Load cases, Critical line list, Wind and Seismic related calculation and documentation.2. Conversant with Caesar-II piping modelling, load case preparation, interpretation of results and responsible for performing piping stressanalysis activity for each stage of the project using CAESAR-II independently.3. Evaluation of piping flexibility and stress analysis.4. Piping supports design by evaluating forces/moments/displacements.5. knowledge of performing Flange leakage check/ Nozzle loading evaluation/ frequency check using by performing modal analysis/ windand seismic analysis.6. Well versed in Jacketed piping stress analysis, Design of spring support, bellows, WRC Check, SPS, UG piping stress analysis etc.7. Knowledge of Datasheets preparation for various specialities like spring, expansion joints, etc.8. Stress report preparation/ Documentation.9. Knowledge of ASME, ANSI, API, IBR and other applicable codes.10. Coordination of Engineering and Design activities with other disciplines.11. Provide material take-off (MTO) and costs for project estimates.12. Provide final checking, approval and stamping of all design deliverables associated with piping.13. Proficient in softwares like CAESAR-II, Navisworks etc.
