We have an urgent vacancy of Piping Material Engineer at Navi Mumbai Location.Job Type: Contractual/PermanentExperience: 3 to 5 YearsQualification: Diploma / Bachelor in Mechanical EngineeringJob Profile:Preparing Piping Material Specification, Valve specifications, pipe wall thickness calculation.Isometrics checking & Preparing Material take off at all the stage of projects.Preparing and checking Technical Purchase Specifications, Material Requisitions, andPerforming Technical Bid Analysis.Check and verify isometric drawings for bill of materials integrity and compliance withstandard drawings. Manage and maintain the piping MTO for material estimation andpurchasing.Review of Vendor drawings & documents for different Piping special items.Preparing Schedule of Quantities for Invitation of Bids.Preparing Insulation, Painting and Wrapping/ Coating specifications.Preparing reports for all tests in a standard format.Preparing Design Changes comparison for process output.Isometric checking and comparing Pickable MTO.Preparing Material Take-off based on P&ID Stage wise (Initial, 30%, 60% 90% final) andCompare with Model Dump MTO.Line list Piping Parameters Checking.Data Sheet Preparation for Manual Valves and Special Items (Strainers, Steam Trap, Steam &Condensate Manifold etc.).Preparing Piping Consolidated MTO, Painting MTO, Insulation MTO, Piping Work Volume.Well versed with the Standards ASME Codes
